Fresh Music Hardneck Garlic
Music garlic is a porcelin hardneck variety garlic, with huge cloves 4-7 on average. It's layred in easy-to-peel thin papery wrappers. It's known for it's hot flavor when raw but mellows nicely when roasted. Originally from Italy it will be an amazing addition to any dish!
